9.여호와께서 천하의 왕이 되시리니 그 날에는 여호와께서 홀로 한 분이실 것이요 그의 이름이 홀로 하나이실 것이라 10.온 땅이 아라바 같이 되되 게바에서 예루살렘 남쪽 림몬까지 이를 것이며 예루살렘이 높이 들려 그 본처에 있으리니 베냐민 문에서부터 첫 문 자리와 성 모퉁이 문까지 또 하나넬 망대에서부터 왕의 포도주 짜는 곳까지라. 11.사람이 그 가운데에 살며 다시는 저주가 있지 아니하리니 예루살렘이 평안히 서리로다. 12.예루살렘을 친 모든 백성에게 여호와께서 내리실 재앙은 이러하니 곧 섰을 때에 그들의 살이 썩으며 그들의 눈동자가 눈구멍 속에서 썩으며 그들의 혀가 입 속에서 썩을 것이요 13.그 날에 여호와께서 그들을 크게 요란하게 하시리니 피차 손으로 붙잡으며 피차 손을 들어 칠 것이며 14.유다도 예루살렘에서 싸우리니 이 때에 사방에 있는 이방 나라들의 보화 곧 금 은과 의복이 심히 많이 모여질 것이요 15.또 말과 노새와 낙타와 나귀와 그 진에 있는 모든 가축에게 미칠 재앙도 그 재앙과 같으리라 16.예루살렘을 치러 왔던 이방 나라들 중에 남은 자가 해마다 올라와서 그 왕 만군의 여호와께 경배하며 초막절을 지킬 것이라 17.땅에 있는 족속들 중에 그 왕 만군의 여호와께 경배하러 예루살렘에 올라오지 아니하는 자들에게는 비를 내리지 아니하실 것인즉 18.만일 애굽 족속이 올라오지 아니할 때에는 비 내림이 있지 아니하리니 여호와께서 초막절을 지키러 올라오지 아니하는 이방 나라들의 사람을 치시는 재앙을 그에게 내리실 것이라 19.애굽 사람이나 이방 나라 사람이나 초막절을 지키러 올라오지 아니하는 자가 받을 벌이 그러하니라 20.그 날에는 말 방울에까지 여호와께 성결이라 기록될 것이라 여호와의 전에 있는 모든 솥이 제단 앞 주발과 다름이 없을 것이니 21.예루살렘과 유다의 모든 솥이 만군의 여호와의 성물이 될 것인즉 제사 드리는 자가 와서 이 솥을 가져다가 그것으로 고기를 삶으리라 그 날에는 만군의 여호와의 전에 가나안 사람이 다시 있지 아니하리라. [ESV] 9 And the Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day the Lord will be one and his name one. 10 The whole land shall be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. But Jerusalem shall remain aloft on its site from the Gate of Benjamin to the place of the former gate, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king's winepresses. 11 And it shall be inhabited, for there shall never again be a decree of utter destruction. Jerusalem shall dwell in security. 12 And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the peoples that wage war against Jerusalem: their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths. 13 And on that day a great panic from the Lord shall fall on them, so that each will seize the hand of another, and the hand of the one will be raised against the hand of the other. 14 Even Judah will fight at Jerusalem. And the wealth of all the surrounding nations shall be collected, gold, silver, and garments in great abundance. 15 And a plague like this plague shall fall on the horses, the mules, the camels, the donkeys, and whatever beasts may be in those camps. 16 Then everyone who survives of all the nations that have come against Jerusalem shall go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Booths. 17 And if any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, there will be no rain on them. 18 And if the family of Egypt does not go up and present themselves, then on them there shall be no rain; there shall be the plague with which the Lord afflicts the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths. 19 This shall be the punishment to Egypt and the punishment to all the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths. 20 And on that day there shall be inscribed on the bells of the horses, “Holy to the Lord.” And the pots in the house of the Lord shall be as the bowls before the altar. 21 And every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holy to the Lord of hosts, so that all who sacrifice may come and take of them and boil the meat of the sacrifice in them. And there shall no longer be a trader in the house of the Lord of hosts on that day.
Question: 그날에 주님은 우리의 어떤 모습을 보기 원하시나? - What kind of people does the Lord want to see us as on that day?
INTRODUCTION: [내가 거룩하니 너희도 거룩할지어다.] - You shall be holy, for I am holy.
베드로전서(1 Peter) 1:13-25, 13.그러므로 너희 마음의 허리를 동이고 근신하여 예수 그리스도께서 나타나실 때에 너희에게 가져다 주실 은혜를 온전히 바랄지어다 14.너희가 순종하는 자식처럼 전에 알지 못할 때에 따르던 너희 사욕을 본받지 말고 15.오직 너희를 부르신 거룩한 이처럼 너희도 모든 행실에 거룩한 자가 되라 16.기록되었으되 내가 거룩하니 너희도 거룩할지어다 하셨느니라 17.외모로 보시지 않고 각 사람의 행위대로 심판하시는 이를 너희가 아버지라 부른즉 너희가 나그네로 있을 때를 두려움으로 지내라 18.너희가 알거니와 너희 조상이 물려 준 헛된 행실에서 대속함을 받은 것은 은이나 금 같이 없어질 것으로 된 것이 아니요 19.오직 흠 없고 점 없는 어린 양 같은 그리스도의 보배로운 피로 된 것이니라 20.그는 창세 전부터 미리 알린 바 되신 이나 이 말세에 너희를 위하여 나타내신 바 되었으니 21.너희는 그를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리시고 영광을 주신 하나님을 그리스도로 말미암아 믿는 자니 너희 믿음과 소망이 하나님께 있게 하셨느니라 22.너희가 진리를 순종함으로 너희 영혼을 깨끗하게 하여 거짓이 없이 형제를 사랑하기에 이르렀으니 마음으로 뜨겁게 서로 사랑하라 23.너희가 거듭난 것은 썩어질 씨로 된 것이 아니요 썩지 아니할 씨로 된 것이니 살아 있고 항상 있는 하나님의 말씀으로 되었느니라 24.그러므로 모든 육체는 풀과 같고 그 모든 영광은 풀의 꽃과 같으니 풀은 마르고 꽃은 떨어지되 25.오직 주의 말씀은 세세토록 있도다 하였으니 너희에게 전한 복음이 곧 이 말씀이니라. 13 Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 14 As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance, 15 but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16 since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” 17 And if you call on him as Father who judges impartially according to each one's deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile, 18 knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. 20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was made manifest in the last times for the sake of you 21 who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 22 Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, 23 since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God; 24 for “All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, 25 but the word of the Lord remains forever.” And this word is the good news that was preached to you.
MAIN BODY: 여호와께 성결이라.(Holy to the Lord.)
1. 오직 여호와 하나님만을 왕으로 모셔라. - Acknowledge the Lord God alone as your King.

사사기(Judges) 21:25, 25.그 때에 이스라엘에 왕이 없으므로 사람이 각기 자기의 소견에 옳은 대로 행하였더라. 25 In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.
시편(Psalm) 97:1, 1.여호와께서 다스리시나니 땅은 즐거워하며 허다한 섬은 기뻐할지어다. 1 The Lord reigns, let the earth rejoice; let the many coastlands be glad!
2. 그날에 있을 여호와의 심판을 기억하라. - Remember the judgment of the Lord that will come on that day.

3. 모든 행실에 거룩한 자가 되라. - Be holy in all your conduct.

출애굽기(Exodus) 19:5-6, 5.세계가 다 내게 속하였나니 너희가 내 말을 잘 듣고 내 언약을 지키면 너희는 모든 민족 중에서 내 소유가 되겠고 6.너희가 내게 대하여 제사장 나라가 되며 거룩한 백성이 되리라 너는 이 말을 이스라엘 자손에게 전할지니라. 5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; 6 and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the people of Israel.”
베드로전서(1 Peter) 2:9, 9.그러나 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕 같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유가 된 백성이니 이는 너희를 어두운 데서 불러 내어 그의 기이한 빛에 들어가게 하신 이의 아름다운 덕을 선포하게 하려 하심이라. 9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
CONCLUSION: 사랑하는 성도들이 주님을 왕으로 모시고 모든 행실에 거룩한 삶을 살아 가시기를 바랍니다. – I pray that you acknowledge the Lord as your King and live holy lives in all your deeds.
