1.다리오 왕 제이년 여덟째 달에 여호와의 말씀이 잇도의 손자 베레갸의 아들 선지자 스가랴에게 임하니라 이르시되 2.여호와가 너희의 조상들에게 심히 진노하였느니라 3.그러므로 너는 그들에게 말하기를 만군의 여호와께서 이처럼 이르시되 너희는 내게로 돌아오라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 그리하면 내가 너희에게로 돌아가리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 4.너희 조상들을 본받지 말라 옛적 선지자들이 그들에게 외쳐 이르되 만군의 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시기를 너희가 악한 길, 악한 행위를 떠나서 돌아오라 하셨다 하나 그들이 듣지 아니하고 내게 귀를 기울이지 아니하였느니라 여호와의 말이니라 5.너희 조상들이 어디 있느냐 또 선지자들이 영원히 살겠느냐 6.내가 나의 종 선지자들에게 명령한 내 말과 내 법도들이 어찌 너희 조상들에게 임하지 아니하였느냐 그러므로 그들이 돌이켜 이르기를 만군의 여호와께서 우리 길대로, 우리 행위대로 우리에게 행하시려고 뜻하신 것을 우리에게 행하셨도다 하였느니라. [ESV] 1 In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to the prophet Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, son of Iddo, saying, 2 “The Lord was very angry with your fathers. 3 Therefore say to them, Thus declares the Lord of hosts: Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts. 4 Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets cried out, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, Return from your evil ways and from your evil deeds.’ But they did not hear or pay attention to me, declares the Lord. 5 Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, do they live forever? 6 But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not overtake your fathers? So they repented and said, ‘As the Lord of hosts purposed to deal with us for our ways and deeds, so has he dealt with us.’”

For this is your due; for among all the wise ones of the nations and in all their kingdoms there is none like you. 8 They are both stupid and foolish; the instruction of idols is but wood! 9 Beaten silver is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz. They are the work of the craftsman and of the hands of the goldsmith; their clothing is violet and purple; they are all the work of skilled men. 10 But the Lord is the true God; he is the living God and the everlasting King. At his wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot endure his indignation. 11 Thus shall you say to them: “The gods who did not make the heavens and the earth shall perish from the earth and from under the heavens.”

1. 스가랴에게 임한 하나님의 말씀 - The Word of God that came to Zechariah.
스가랴(Zechariah) 1:1, 1.다리오 왕 제이년 여덟째 달에 여호와의 말씀이 잇도의 손자 베레갸의 아들 선지자 스가랴에게 임하니라 이르시되 1 In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to the prophet Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, son of Iddo, saying,
요한복음(John) 1:1&14, 1.태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라. 14.말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 우리가 그의 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라. 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
히브리서(Hebrews) 4:12-13, 12.하나님의 말씀은 살아 있고 활력이 있어 좌우에 날선 어떤 검보다도 예리하여 혼과 영과 및 관절과 골수를 찔러 쪼개기까지 하며 또 마음의 생각과 뜻을 판단하나니 13.지으신 것이 하나도 그 앞에 나타나지 않음이 없고 우리의 결산을 받으실 이의 눈 앞에 만물이 벌거벗은 것 같이 드러나느니라. 12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
주님께서 자기 백성들을 기억하시고 그분이 정한 시간에 축복하실 것이다. – The Lord remembers and blesses at His set time.
2. 하나님께 돌아오라는 명령의 말씀 - The command to return to God.
스가랴(Zechariah) 1:2-4, 2.여호와가 너희의 조상들에게 심히 진노하였느니라 3.그러므로 너는 그들에게 말하기를 만군의 여호와께서 이처럼 이르시되 너희는 내게로 돌아오라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 그리하면 내가 너희에게로 돌아가리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 4.너희 조상들을 본받지 말라 옛적 선지자들이 그들에게 외쳐 이르되 만군의 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시기를 너희가 악한 길, 악한 행위를 떠나서 돌아오라 하셨다 하나 그들이 듣지 아니하고 내게 귀를 기울이지 아니하였느니라 여호와의 말이니라. 2 “The Lord was very angry with your fathers. 3 Therefore say to them, Thus declares the Lord of hosts: Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts. 4 Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets cried out, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, Return from your evil ways and from your evil deeds.’ But they did not hear or pay attention to me, declares the Lord.
고린도후서(2 Corinthians) 6:1-2, 1.우리가 하나님과 함께 일하는 자로서 너희를 권하노니 하나님의 은혜를 헛되이 받지 말라. 2.이르시되 내가 은혜 베풀 때에 너에게 듣고 구원의 날에 너를 도왔다 하셨으니 보라 지금은 은혜 받을 만한 때요 보라 지금은 구원의 날이로다. 1 Working together with him, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For he says, “In a favorable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
히브리서(Hebrews) 3:13, 13.오직 오늘이라 일컫는 동안에 매일 피차 권면하여 너희 중에 누구든지 죄의 유혹으로 완고하게 되지 않도록 하라. 13 But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
우리는 주님께로 돌아가야 합니다. 그분의 경고는 은혜롭게 반복될지라도 영원히 지속되지는 않기 때문입니다. 그분께 응답할 우리의 시간은 제한되어 있습니다. – We should return to the Lord because His warnings, though graciously repeated, do not last forever. Our time to respond to Him is limited.
3. 그대로 성취되는 영원한 말씀 - The eternal Word that is fulfilled as it is written.
스가랴(Zechariah) 1:5-6, 5.너희 조상들이 어디 있느냐 또 선지자들이 영원히 살겠느냐 6.내가 나의 종 선지자들에게 명령한 내 말과 내 법도들이 어찌 너희 조상들에게 임하지 아니하였느냐 그러므로 그들이 돌이켜 이르기를 만군의 여호와께서 우리 길대로, 우리 행위대로 우리에게 행하시려고 뜻하신 것을 우리에게 행하셨도다 하였느니라. 5 Your fathers, where are they? And the prophets, do they live forever? 6 But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not overtake your fathers? So they repented and said, ‘As the Lord of hosts purposed to deal with us for our ways and deeds, so has he dealt with us.’”
이사야(Isaiah) 40:6-8, 6.말하는 자의 소리여 이르되 외치라 대답하되 내가 무엇이라 외치리이까 하니 이르되 모든 육체는 풀이요 그의 모든 아름다움은 들의 꽃과 같으니 7.풀은 마르고 꽃이 시듦은 여호와의 기운이 그 위에 붊이라 이 백성은 실로 풀이로다 8.풀은 마르고 꽃은 시드나 우리 하나님의 말씀은 영원히 서리라 하라. 6 A voice says, “Cry!” And I said, “What shall I cry?” All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. 7 The grass withers, the flower fades when the breath of the Lord blows on it; surely the people are grass. 8 The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.
하나님과 그분의 말씀에 귀를 기울이라. 비록 하나님의 사자들이 이미 죽고 없다고 할 지라도 하나님의 말씀은 영원히 살아있다. - Listen to God and His word. Though God's messengers may be dead and gone, God's word is alive forever.
CONCLUSION: 사랑하는 성도들이 그대로 성취되는 영원한 하나님의 말씀을 기억하고 그 말씀에 순종하며 살아가시기 바랍니다. – I pray that you remember the eternal Word of God that is fulfilled as it is written so that you may live in obedience to the Word.
