7.하나님의 말씀을 너희에게 일러 주고 너희를 인도하던 자들을 생각하며 그들의 행실의 결말을 주의하여 보고 그들의 믿음을 본받으라 8.예수 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 영원토록 동일하시니라 9.여러 가지 다른 교훈에 끌리지 말라 마음은 은혜로써 굳게 함이 아름답고 음식으로써 할 것이 아니니 음식으로 말미암아 행한 자는 유익을 얻지 못하였느니라 10.우리에게 제단이 있는데 장막에서 섬기는 자들은 그 제단에서 먹을 권한이 없나니 11.이는 죄를 위한 짐승의 피는 대제사장이 가지고 성소에 들어가고 그 육체는 영문 밖에서 불사름이라 12.그러므로 예수도 자기 피로써 백성을 거룩하게 하려고 성문 밖에서 고난을 받으셨느니라 13.그런즉 우리도 그의 치욕을 짊어지고 영문 밖으로 그에게 나아가자 14.우리가 여기에는 영구한 도성이 없으므로 장차 올 것을 찾나니 15.그러므로 우리는 예수로 말미암아 항상 찬송의 제사를 하나님께 드리자 이는 그 이름을 증언하는 입술의 열매니라 16.오직 선을 행함과 서로 나누어 주기를 잊지 말라 하나님은 이같은 제사를 기뻐하시느니라 17.너희를 인도하는 자들에게 순종하고 복종하라 그들은 너희 영혼을 위하여 경성하기를 자신들이 청산할 자인 것 같이 하느니라 그들로 하여금 즐거움으로 이것을 하게 하고 근심으로 하게 하지 말라 그렇지 않으면 너희에게 유익이 없느니라. [ESV] 7 Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith. 8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. 9 Do not be led away by diverse and strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by foods, which have not benefited those devoted to them. 10 We have an altar from which those who serve the tent have no right to eat. 11 For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy places by the high priest as a sacrifice for sin are burned outside the camp. 12 So Jesus also suffered outside the gate in order to sanctify the people through his own blood. 13 Therefore let us go to him outside the camp and bear the reproach he endured. 14 For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come. 15 Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name. 16 Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. 17 Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.

1. 가르친 자를 기억하고 가르치는 자에게 순종하라. - Remember those who taught you and obey your teachers.

[NLT] 17 Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit. [The Message] 17 Be responsive to your pastoral leaders. Listen to their counsel. They are alert to the condition of your lives and work under the strict supervision of God. Contribute to the joy of their leadership, not its drudgery. Why would you want to make things harder for them?
2. 안락한 현실에 안주하지 말고 주님이 가신 영문 밖으로 나아가라. - Do not settle for comfortable circumstances; go beyond the gates where the Lord has gone.
