9.사랑에는 거짓이 없나니 악을 미워하고 선에 속하라 10.형제를 사랑하여 서로 우애하고 존경하기를 서로 먼저 하며 11.부지런하여 게으르지 말고 열심을 품고 주를 섬기라 12.소망 중에 즐거워하며 환난 중에 참으며 기도에 항상 힘쓰며 13.성도들의 쓸 것을 공급하며 손 대접하기를 힘쓰라 14.너희를 박해하는 자를 축복하라 축복하고 저주하지 말라 15.즐거워하는 자들과 함께 즐거워하고 우는 자들과 함께 울라 16.서로 마음을 같이하며 높은 데 마음을 두지 말고 도리어 낮은 데 처하며 스스로 지혜 있는 체 하지 말라. [ESV] 9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. 10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. 11 Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. 12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. 13 Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality. 14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight.

Question: 참 사랑이란? - What is the true love?

OUTLINE: 사랑에는 거짓이 없나니(Let love be genuine.)

1. 거짓 없이 서로 사랑하라. - Love one another without deceit.

2. 열심으로 서로 섬기라. - Serve one another with zeal.

3. 겸손히 함께하라. - Walk together in humility.

INTRODUCTION: [크고 첫째 되는 계명] - The Great and First Commandment

마태복음(Matthew) 22:36-40, 36.선생님 율법 중에서 어느 계명이 크니이까 37.예수께서 이르시되 네 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 주 너의 하나님을 사랑하라 하셨으니 38.이것이 크고 첫째 되는 계명이요 39.둘째도 그와 같으니 네 이웃을 네 자신 같이 사랑하라 하셨으니 40.이 두 계명이 온 율법과 선지자의 강령이니라. 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”

요한1서(1 John) 4:16, 16.하나님이 우리를 사랑하시는 사랑을 우리가 알고 믿었노니 하나님은 사랑이시라 사랑 안에 거하는 자는 하나님 안에 거하고 하나님도 그의 안에 거하시느니라. 16 So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.

고린도전서(1 Corinthians) 13:4-7&13, 4.사랑은 오래 참고 사랑은 온유하며 시기하지 아니하며 사랑은 자랑하지 아니하며 교만하지 아니하며 5.무례히 행하지 아니하며 자기의 유익을 구하지 아니하며 성내지 아니하며 악한 것을 생각하지 아니하며 6.불의를 기뻐하지 아니하며 진리와 함께 기뻐하고 7.모든 것을 참으며 모든 것을 믿으며 모든 것을 바라며 모든 것을 견디느니라. / 13.그런즉 믿음, 소망, 사랑, 이 세 가지는 항상 있을 것인데 그 중의 제일은 사랑이라.

4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. / 13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

ἀγάπη (agapē)

Love is always (사랑은 언제나 오래 참고)

1. 사랑은 언제나 오래 참고, 사랑은 언제나 온유하며,

사랑은 시기하지 않으며, 자랑도 교만도 아니하며,

2. 사랑은 무례히 행치 않고, 자기의 유익을 구치 않고,

사랑은 성내지 아니하며, 진리와 함께 기뻐하네.

3. 사랑은 모든것 감싸주고, 바라고 믿고 참아내며,

사랑은 영원토록 변함없네.

믿음과 소망과 사랑은 이 세상 끝까지 영원하며,

믿음과 소망과 사랑 중에 그중에 제일은 사랑이라.

그중에 제일은 사랑이라.

1. Love is always patient, Love is always kind.

Love does not envy, Love does not boast, Love is not proud.

2. Love is not rude, Love is not self-seeking,

Love is not easily angered, Love rejoices with the truth.

3. Love always protects all- always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails (and never changes).

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of faith, hope and love is love,

the greatest of these is love.

디모데전서(1 Timothy) 5:1-2&17-18, 1.늙은이를 꾸짖지 말고 권하되 아버지에게 하듯 하며 젊은이에게는 형제에게 하듯 하고 2.늙은 여자에게는 어머니에게 하듯 하며 젊은 여자에게는 온전히 깨끗함으로 자매에게 하듯 하라. / 17.잘 다스리는 장로들은 배나 존경할 자로 알되 말씀과 가르침에 수고하는 이들에게는 더욱 그리할 것이니라 18.성경에 일렀으되 곡식을 밟아 떠는 소의 입에 망을 씌우지 말라 하였고 또 일꾼이 그 삯을 받는 것은 마땅하다 하였느니라. 1 Do not rebuke an older man but encourage him as you would a father, younger men as brothers, 2 older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, in all purity. / 17 Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching. 18 For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox when it treads out the grain,” and, “The laborer deserves his wages.”

히브리서(Hebrews) 6:10, 10.하나님은 불의하지 아니하사 너희 행위와 그의 이름을 위하여 나타낸 사랑으로 이미 성도를 섬긴 것과 이제도 섬기고 있는 것을 잊어버리지 아니하시느니라. 10 For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.

빌립보서(Philippians) 2:2-4, 2.마음을 같이하여 같은 사랑을 가지고 뜻을 합하며 한마음을 품어 3.아무 일에든지 다툼이나 허영으로 하지 말고 오직 겸손한 마음으로 각각 자기보다 남을 낫게 여기고 4.각각 자기 일을 돌볼뿐더러 또한 각각 다른 사람들의 일을 돌보아 나의 기쁨을 충만하게 하라. 2 complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. 3 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

CONCLUSION: 사랑하는 성도들이 하나님이 먼저 사랑하심을 알고 그 사랑을 나누며 이웃과 더불어 살아가시기 바랍니다. - I pray that you know that God loves you first so that you may share that love with your neighbors.
