[ESV] 4 For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 and then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt. 7 For land that has drunk the rain that often falls on it, and produces a crop useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God. 8 But if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, and its end is to be burned. 9 Though we speak in this way, yet in your case, beloved, we feel sure of better things—things that belong to salvation. 10 For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do. 11 And we desire each one of you to show the same earnestness to have the full assurance of hope until the end, 12 so that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

INTRODUCTION: [부부나 연인 간에 함부로 하지 말아야 하는 3가지 말] - 3 Things You Shouldn't Say to a Married Couple or Relationship
1. 헤어져! / 이혼해! - Break up! / Divorce!: 부부나 연인 간에 절대로 쉽게 말하지 말아야 하는 표현은 '헤어져!' 혹은 '이혼해!'이다. 즉 관계 상 가장 극단적인 부정적 결과인 '결별'에 대해서는 함부로 말하지 말아야 한다. 진짜로 진지하게 이혼이나 결별할 결심을 한 것이 아니라면, 부부나 연인 사이의 싸움 과정에서 감정적으로 '헤어져!'라는 말을 함부로 던지지 말아야 한다. 만약 정말 헤어지고 싶을 정도로 화가 났다면 '헤어지고 싶을 정도로 많이 화가 나!'라고 표현하라! 그 정도는 인정해주고 수용해줄 수 있는 감정이다.
2. 쌍욕 (폭행 포함) - Swearing (including Assault): '욕'이나 '폭행'은 상대방의 해치거나 손상시키기 위한 극단적인 방법이다. 만약 부부나 연인 사이에서 이와 같은 '욕'과 '폭행'이 발생한다면 이는 사랑의 근간이 흔들리는 것이다.
3. 원가족에 대한 비난 - Criticizing the original family: 각자 집안의 집안 문화라는 것이 있으며 그 내용이나 과정이 모두 다를 수밖에 없기 때문이다. 그런데 이 과정에서 조율과 타협이 제대로 이루어지지 않는 정도를 넘어 비난과 공격이 되면 이것은 전쟁이 발생하는 것이다.
1. Break up! / Divorce!: The phrase “break up!” or “divorce!” is one that should never be used casually between couples or lovers, as it is the most extreme negative outcome of a relationship. Unless you're really serious about divorcing or breaking up, you shouldn't throw the word “break up!” around emotionally in the middle of an argument between a couple or lover. If you're really angry enough to want to break up, say, “I'm so angry that I want to break up!” That's an emotion that can be recognized and accepted.
2. Swearing (including Assault): Swearing and assault are extreme ways to hurt or damage another person. If this happens between a couple or a lover, it means that the foundation of love is shaken.
3. Criticizing the original family: Each family has its own family culture, and it is inevitable that the content and process will be different. However, when this process goes beyond the degree of lack of coordination and compromise and becomes blame and attack, it is war.

1. 마음 밭을 버려두지 말라. - Do not abandon the field of your heart.

2. 신실하신 하나님을 기억하라. - Remember the faithful God.
히브리서(Hebrews) 6:9-10, 9.사랑하는 자들아 우리가 이같이 말하나 너희에게는 이보다 더 좋은 것 곧 구원에 속한 것이 있음을 확신하노라 10.하나님은 불의하지 아니하사 너희 행위와 그의 이름을 위하여 나타낸 사랑으로 이미 성도를 섬긴 것과 이제도 섬기고 있는 것을 잊어버리지 아니하시느니라. 9 Though we speak in this way, yet in your case, beloved, we feel sure of better things—things that belong to salvation. 10 For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.
3. 소망을 품고 믿음 안에 자라 가라. - Grow in faith with hope.
