7.그러므로 그리스도께서 우리를 받아 하나님께 영광을 돌리심과 같이 너희도 서로 받으라 8.내가 말하노니 그리스도께서 하나님의 진실하심을 위하여 할례의 추종자가 되셨으니 이는 조상들에게 주신 약속들을 견고하게 하시고 9.이방인들도 그 긍휼하심으로 말미암아 하나님께 영광을 돌리게 하려 하심이라 기록된 바 그러므로 내가 열방 중에서 주께 감사하고 주의 이름을 찬송하리로다 함과 같으니라 10.또 이르되 열방들아 주의 백성과 함께 즐거워하라 하였으며 11.또 모든 열방들아 주를 찬양하며 모든 백성들아 그를 찬송하라 하였으며 12.또 이사야가 이르되 이새의 뿌리 곧 열방을 다스리기 위하여 일어나시는 이가 있으리니 열방이 그에게 소망을 두리라 하였느니라 13.소망의 하나님이 모든 기쁨과 평강을 믿음 안에서 너희에게 충만하게 하사 성령의 능력으로 소망이 넘치게 하시기를 원하노라. As it is written, “Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing to your name.” 10 And again it is said, “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.” 11 And again, “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples extol him.” 12 And again Isaiah says, “The root of Jesse will come, even he who arises to rule the Gentiles; in him will the Gentiles hope.” 13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

This title is a quote often attributed to St Augustine, popularized by Richard Baxter in 1679 and frequently quoted by John Wesley. Unity in the essentials. Very few things are essential. Liberty is akin to freedom to try, freedom to seek out new options, freedom to be different. Charity = love. In other words, love all people, all the time, in all situations. Treat people with respect, love, and care always. But continue to strive for the other two. The problem with most leaders is that they want it to say, Charity in essentials, liberty in very few things and unity in all things. - Roger Walter –

1.     그리스도를 본 받으라. - Imitate Christ.

2.     주의 말씀을 기억하라. - Remember the Word of the Lord.

로마서(Romans) 15:13, 13.소망의 하나님이 모든 기쁨과 평강을 믿음 안에서 너희에게 충만하게 하사 성령의 능력으로 소망이 넘치게 하시기를 원하노라. 13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

로마서(Romans) 14:17, 17.하나님의 나라는 먹는 것과 마시는 것이 아니요 오직 성령 안에 있는 의와 평강과 희락이라. 17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
